MOPS Canceled Due To Snow!
Because MOPS was canceled due to snow today, we will have our Winter Clothing Swap during our next meeting on December 14th. Also, there are still some tickets available at MOPS tables for the Ladies Christmas Tea on Sat., Dec. 4 from 1-3pm (Open House at 12:15) and childcare is provided (just need to sign up soon). The suggested price is $10. First tea and lunch is served and then we hear from our inspirational speaker, Danene Vaughn. Drive Thru Registration
Come sign up for our 2010-11 MOPS year on Tuesday, September 14th from 9-11 a.m. at the Spokane Valley Nazarene Church parking lot (20th & Sullivan)!
Drive through the SVNC parking lot (yes, that means you don't have to get your kids out of their carseats!!!) to learn more about this years MOPS year including crafts and coming events, and fill out your registration form for the 2010-2011 year. PLUS, get a FREE drink (latte, mocha or italian soda) and a special treat for your kids! The cost for MOPS is $23.95 and you are also welcome to pre-pay for this year's crafts for $20 ($4 per craft x 5 crafts = $20). Those who prepay early for crafts will get a special gift too! We can't wait to see you!!!!
Oh, and even if you are already registered, you can still drive-thru to say hi and get your FREE drink! :)

Babes for Ta Tas!
Dear MOPS Moms,
I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the Komen Eastern Washington Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in its efforts to END BREAST CANCER FOREVER. This is a cause that I am very passionate about and fortunate to be able to participate in the Race for the Cure event this year.
Please help support me in this important project by becoming a member of my team, Babes for Ta Tas! I am looking for Mommas and family to join me in supporting this very worthwhile cause as we Strolling for the Cure. Be sure to check out our team page! Becoming a team member is easy! All you need to do is click on the link below and register for the Race for the Cure© and "Join a Team". Be sure to check in a stroller and your Babe will receive a race t-shirt too!
Remember, one person can make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Susan G. Komen for the Cure was founded by one sister making a promise to another sister. You can be a part of this worthwhile effort! Our promise of a world without breast cancer does not just rest in the hands of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. It is up to you, our community of survivors and co-survivors, to stand united with us until the promise is fulfilled and the cures are found.
